Fitness Assessments: -Tests to measure body compostion, flexibility, muscular strength and endurance, and cardiovascular fitness; counselling
-Personal exercise programs/prescription
-Individual or group appointments
-Sport specific programs for teams or individuals
-Accredited testing centre with the Canadian Society for Excerice Physiology
Nutrition Programs: -Individual or group nutrition couselling with Registered Dietician
-Nutrition advice for weight loss/management, sport performance, healthy eating, food allergies, chronic conditions (i.e. diabetes)
Outreach: -Fitness and active living presentations
-Stress management and humour seminars
-Active Living Displays

-Educational support for community lifestyle projects
-Free newsletter published three times a year
